Our Team

Hello! My name is Timothy Spurgeon and I am the current Campus Team Lead here at Resonate Fort Collins! I have been in Colorado for over three years now and have enjoyed every minute of it. If you don't catch me at the local theater; you'll find me at a nearby climbing gym and if not there, then for sure in a hammock reading a good book.

I am loving this season of life where I am living in close proximity with community and stepping into more responsibility that is growing my faith!

Hey, I’m Brenna! I’m going on three years of being on staff with Resonate, and I truly couldn’t have a better job! I moved to Fort Collins in 2023 from Missoula, MT, to help start our church here. After moving, I met my husband through climbing, and now we’re getting ready to welcome our little boy.

We love climbing, hiking, and are always down for a trivia night, although you should probably not expect us to win.

Hi, I'm Sam Peterson! I've had the privilege of serving as the Worship Leader at Resonate Fort Collins since the church began in 2023. I'm originally from Washington State and moved to Fort Collins to help start Resonate.

Outside of church, I love golfing, working on my car, and reading books on discipleship, worship, and theology.

I'm currently finishing my bachelor's degree in Accounting and hope to attend seminary afterward to pursue a Master's in Theological Studies. 

Hey, I’m Nathan! I grew up in a small town in Montana and have been involved with Resonate since 2023. In May, I moved from Missoula, Montana, to Fort Collins, Colorado, where I joined Resonate at CSU as the Gathering Coordinator!

Outside of Resonate, I love woodworking, camping, and reading, which is fun because those three hobbies actually mix together pretty well.
I’m currently working a full-time job to fund my real job, which is working part-time for Resonate!

Hey! I’m Kaitlyn! I’m a senior at Colorado State University studying Equine Science, which basically means I get to study horses! I’m originally from Central Point, Oregon, so I moved halfway across the country thinking I was coming here just for a degree. But now I realize God had other plans for me and brought me all the way out here for so much more.

I love reading, camping, and I’m getting into backpacking. I also love hanging out with people and, obviously, horses!

Howdy! I’m Scott! I recently started an internship as a missionary on campus with Resonate Fort Collins. I was a freshman here back in 2023, and after coming to Village, being discipled by a friend, and experiencing many other milestones along the way, I realized God was calling me to influence the college context and help expand His kingdom here on earth.

I love rock climbing, volleyball, French fries, and reading nonfiction!

Right now, I’m working toward finishing my college degree, with hopes of attending Bible school in the future. One day, I’d love to go overseas and serve as a missionary!
